Care
An easy, beginner-friendly butterwort. Give it bright light (a sunny window or a grow light), use only distilled, rain or RO water, and pot it in a gritty, well-draining mix. Keep the soil lightly moist, and keep it above 40°F. Full guide: Pinguicula care guide.

Ships Monday–Wednesday by USPS Priority Mail in its pot, wrapped and boxed. Covered by our live-arrival policy; cold damage is excluded unless a $3.49 shipping heat pack is added, so add one when nights are cold along the route.
Winter hibernation
Most Pinguicula don't have a true dormancy. In winter they go into a hibernation phase, growing smaller with more succulent-like leaves, so a winter plant may arrive looking that way. Keep the soil less wet during this time; normal leaves return in spring.
